LN Turns One

When Speed51.com was born in 2001, the site was the fan’s and racer’s place to get news and feature stories from ASA and Super Late Model series in the Upper Midwest.  From there, Speed51.com grew leaps and bounds to cover every aspect of short track racing all over the country.

On May 7th, 2007, a new nation was born as the creators of Speed51.com launched LegendsNation.com, a site to serve as the racer’s home for information and behind-the-scenes stories from the Legends Car and Bandolero series around the Carolinas, including the Summer Shootout series at Lowe’s Motor Speedway.

Today, May 7th, 2008, LegendsNation.com celebrates it’s first birthday.

All of the staff at LegendsNation.com want to thank all the loyal readers and sponsors for their support of LN over this past year and continued support throughout the 2008 racing season and beyond. LegendsNation.com will

continue to provide the “who won and how” stories, editorials, news and information from the Carolinas and beyond into the future as it will grow and spread it’s wings across the country to provide more in-depth coverage and news for the Legends and Bandolero Nation.
